YOU CAN NOT RETURN ITEM IF IT WAS A CUSTOM CUP OR if item was placed on sale or during a sale period.

Items are not able to be cancelled once processed. Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase.

You will be Refunded through store credit only with your shipping cost deducted.
YOU will have to pay for the shipping cost for a return. Once returned it will be credited. (ONLY items that are not custom apply)

If order was A CUSTOM CUP, ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP.

if you chose to be on the live lineup, PLEASE allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped, tracking will be emailed to you once shipping label has been created.

Orders placed during a sale period allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped.

Cozy Cup Co. is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, please file a claim with the mail carrier.
